I recently had the opportunity to work with Greg Greenwald after receiving a letter from him stating he was possibly interested in purchasing my home. At the time I received the letter I was not yet even considering selling the house. I kept the letter and a few weeks later I contacted Greg and set up a time to meet at the house to see if he was interested in pursuing the purchase. After going through the house we sat down and discussed the fact that he did want to purchase the house and we started negotiations. From the first time I met Greg, I felt very comfortable around him and found him to be very professional. This worked out to be a great transaction for both of us. I especially felt 'relieved' as I knew I would be selling the house sometime this year and was dreading the thought of getting a realtor, be selling an empty house, maintaining it until it sold, etc. I am so happy I received that letter in the mail from Greg.

This was such a messy situation given that there were two families involved with no love loss between the two parties. You handled everything with professionalism and integrity. Everything you did was straightforward and honest and there were no surprises. What amazed me was that the sale was able to go through in the midst of all this economic upheaval. I didn’t think any mortgages would go through at this time and yet you were able to direct the buyers to a bank that was willing and able to lend and the closing went through without a hitch. Amazing!In the process of selling my father’s home, I spoke with several other companies and got either the runaround or indifference. Once we got serious about selling, and started working with you, things moved very quickly and the money was in the bank in less than 90 days.
